The rules

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Pulsy AI comes from Pulsy AI (“we”, “us”), and this page is the deal between that company and you.

You may publish

What you make here is yours. The line you type, the script it turns into, the file that comes out the far end. Post it. Sell it. Put ad money behind it. Hand it to a client and invoice them. Commercial use is included and we take no cut. The only licence we hold is the one we need to store your work while we generate it and give it back.

Off limits

Nothing illegal. Nothing that infringes another person’s copyright or trade marks. No hate speech. No harassing a person. No impersonating a real person or company to deceive anyone. Nothing that sexualises a minor — ever, under any framing. Moderation reads every prompt before generation starts, and an account that breaks this gets suspended.

What this makes

Text in, video out. Pulsy AI writes a script from what you typed, splits it into scenes, gives each scene a picture and a voice, times the caption cues and renders the file. Templates, brand kits and the scene editor sit on top of that. The feature list moves as we build.

Accounts are yours

You need one to generate anything. Keep the password and the two-factor codes to yourself. Everything done under your login counts as yours, including work by anyone you invite onto the team. Tell us fast if somebody else gets in.

Credits get spent

Generating takes credits. Rendering takes credits. A render that fails drops its credits straight back on your balance. Failures are free. Credits are locked to whichever account bought them — no selling, no gifting, no shifting them sideways.

Plans keep renewing

A subscription charges itself every month, at the price checkout showed you, on the same card. It keeps doing that until you cancel on your Billing page. Cancel and the month you have already been charged for still finishes. The money-back terms cover what happens to the money.

Cards stay outside

Mastercard Payment Gateway Services takes the payment, in whichever currency checkout named. Credits hit your balance on authorisation. Full card numbers never get stored on our servers, and neither do security codes.

Output needs checking

A model wrote it. It can be wrong. It can land near something that already exists. Watch it before it goes anywhere near a feed. After that, what it says is on you.

Our liability caps

The service comes as it is, with no promise it fits a purpose of yours. Where the law lets us cap it, the most we owe on any claim is what you paid us over the twelve months before it. No lost profit, no lost business, no knock-on losses. Consumer rights you cannot sign away stay yours.

Which law applies

Everything here sits under the law of whichever country the operating entity is established in, and consumer rights you hold at home that cannot be signed away are untouched.

Terms will move

We edit this page whenever the product or the rules around it shift. Material changes get announced in the app. The date at the top says which version you are on. Stay on after that and you are on the new one.
